The Maidenhead Bridge Rotary Club is aimed to provide 30+ young professionals and parents an opportunity to help the local community and meet like-minded individuals in the local area.
The Brief
We were contacted by the administrator of the Maidenhead Bridge Rotary Club who informed us that all members of the Rotary Club wore branded clothing to identify themselves whilst working in the local Maidenhead community. Until now they had found a clothing printer based in Germany where they could order single items at a time, which was perfect for new members looking to order items of clothing for starting their community work.
The Solution
After a short meeting it was clear that we could help with no problem – we offered a ‘print on demand’ service and created a portal on the website for Maidenhead Bridge Rotary Club members to visit and buy their clothing online.
The organisation were extremely please that they could keep the business local. We also managed to agree cheaper prices than their previous supplier and a much faster turnaround. The joy of workwear portals like this means there are no upfront costs. Many organisations & charities do not have funds to buy a large quantity of printed t-shirts or clothing. Someone would need to store all the items and then distribute each item as and when someone orders one. How do they take payment for this? What happens when a particular size or model runs out? Do you need to then place another large order just to make sure you have all sizes? With SP Workwear’s Portal services there is no need for any stockholding or large upfront orders. Aria-UK are the UK arm of the Japanese musical instrument manufacturer. They have produced their own range of guitars for decades and also distribute other instrument brands in the UK.

We were contacted by the MD of Aria UK to produce some promotional t-shirts & mugs for them branded with the new Aria logo after going through a rebrand. They wanted a good quality but inexpensive t-shirt and mug that they could give away to certain UK dealers as well as sell to end users either through their own website or via their dealer network.
The Solution
We produced some printed black t-shirts with logo on for them and they were very happy with the vibrant finish. We can supply printed t-shirts in all quantities from 1 to 1000’s. We also printed a range of branded mugs for them which they were also very happy with.

Sanders Street is a Street Dance school/company based in the Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead. They bring street dance to people of all ages and show how young people can use the power of dance to boost self esteem, confidence and social skills as well as increase fitness and physical agility.

Crissy, the owner was looking to enhance her great, edgy brand by introducing a ‘uniform’ that her pupils would wear and feel proud to endorse and represent. With different ages and styles Crissy wanted to be able to offer a selection of items so that everyone would feel comfortable in the uniform they wore.
The Solution
After showing a number of different samples we agreed on the varsity hoodies as these were available in the Sanders Street branding colours (Red & Black) as well as the reverse colours (Black & Red) as a different option.
The kids love the large vinyl printed logos which ‘pop’ on the hoodies & t-shirts that we printed. For the staff we embroidered the logo to give a more professional feel, which is a great look for Crissy and her staff, particularly when meeting new clients.
To make things even easier we set up a page on our portal where pupils and parents can order uniform directly from us to ensure everything works seamlessly and meaning that the Sanders Street Team don’t need to worry about the admin side of the business and can concentrate on the most important thing, the street dance!

Roller Derby is a fairly new sport in the UK, hailing from the States. It’s a full contact sport on roller skates played primarily by women (although there are now more and more men’s teams). The idea is that teams of people skate around a track. Each team has a group of defenders (blockers) and a point scorer (the jammer). The idea is for the point scorer to skate past the opposing blockers and scores points for each one they pass. BBHR (Big Bucks High Rollers) are based in High Wycombe and have grown to over 50 members over the past few years.
The Brief
The team were looking for a selection of printed training tops that they can practice (scrim/scrimmage) in. They also needed different coloured tops available for when breaking into different teams or playing teams from other areas.
The Solution
We went for an irish green t-shirt which best suited their logo as well as the required black and white options as part of the UK Derby rules & regulations. We also had to ensure that names, numbers and sleeves were printed at the correct size to conform with game rules. BBHR have also had different designs; a full colour chest logo, a breast logo or just the team name printed in text. We have now printed a range of t-shirts, vests, tech tops, hoodies, zoodies and sleeveless hoodies for members of the team.
