The main benefit of a performance polo is comfort when people are moving. The fabric pulls sweat away from the skin and dries quickly, so staff stay cooler and fresher through a long shift. Most also resist shrinking and fading.
Look for a piqué knit if you want a slightly more traditional polo look, or a smooth knit for a sportier feel. Contrast and sports styles suit clubs and teams.
