Had a great experience ordering branded hoodies and embroidered caps. We've got a slightly tricky logo colour-wise and they ran quite a few samples until I was fully happy with the colour and quality, and the finished product is absolutely fab. I'm highly impressed with the team and service at SP. I required some clothing to be personalised for my Personal Training business. I had not had any experience with printers previously. Steven guided both myself and my graphic designer over a series of exchanges; our ignorance should have tested his patience but it didn't! He remained very professional and extremely affable throughout the process. I'm delighted with the end results! Is there a setup fee on a reorder?
No, not for the same logo at the same size. The setup fee is one-off.
How long does a reorder take?
Our standard lead time is 7 to 10 working days, with fast track available when you need it sooner.
Can I add new names or extra sizes?
Yes. Mix sizes as you need, and add names for personalisation if your kit has them.
Can new starters order without me?
