There are certain questions we get asked a lot, so we’ve simplified things and added the answers below. Obviously, if you want to ask us a different question, just get in touch.
Do I need to pay setup charges again?
If you are using the same logo in the same size as a previous order, then no. You won’t have to pay for setup again. We keep your artwork on file, so when you come back it’s an even easier process.
Do you offer faster delivery for returning customers?
Our lead times are fairly standard, although as a returning customer (if using the same logo as your previous order) we will not need to go through the initial sampling process so will likely be a few days quicker.
When will I get my order?
You’ll see the lead times for orders on the checkout page and below the menu. If you are in a real rush, let us know when you place your order. When we send you the visual proof to approve you’ll see the estimated dispatch date on there too. If you need your order more quickly than that, get in touch. We always do our best, and where possible can offer a Fast Track service.
