How pricing works for teams
Our standard pricing is spend-based. It is based on what you spend over a rolling 12 months, not one big order. Reorders, top-ups and new starters all count towards better prices, so you never have to over-order to get a good rate.
For larger accounts with steady, predictable volumes, we can sometimes agree a fixed key account price for the year instead. Which one fits depends on how you order, and we will talk it through with you.

How long does an order take?
Our standard lead time is 7 to 10 working days, with fast track available when you need it sooner. Once we know your ordering pattern and volumes, we can set up a regular rhythm around it.
How do we add new starters?
However suits you. Some customers email us, some use their own ordering portal, some have a set kit we send whenever someone joins. We fit around how you already work.
Can we check sizes before ordering for everyone?
Yes. We’ll agree the best way to get sizing right for your team, whether that’s size samples, a visit to our Maidenhead showroom or sizing guidance for each garment.
Is there a logo setup fee?
There’s a one-off fee to set up your logo for embroidery or print. Once it’s on file, you don’t pay it again for the same logo and size.
Do you keep our logos and kit on file?
Yes. Your logos, positions and garment choices are kept on record, so every reorder matches the last one.
Can we pay on account?
We offer credit accounts to some business customers, depending on how and how much you order. You can see our standard terms on our credit accounts page.
What if something isn't right?
Tell us and we’ll sort it. “We won’t let you down” is how we work, and we’d much rather put a problem right than lose a customer over it.
Can you deliver to different sites or people?
Yes. We can pack orders by wearer with their name on, ready to hand out, and ship to multiple sites, remote staff or anywhere in the world.
