Delivery & Returns


Our delivery charges are listed in the table below.  Production & Delivery lead times vary depending on the items.  Please contact our offices us to check our current lead times.  If you require your order by a certain date, please contact us before ordering and we will try to achieve this where possible.  All plain stock orders are usually dispatched within 5 working days, unless they are part of a larger order containing personalised items. In this case they will be dispatched once all items are ready.  If you have selected to collect from us please wait for a confirmation email to say that your order is ready for collection. 

Delivery times will vary depending on Country.  For UK orders we primarily send via the APC courier network and most UK Mainland addresses are delivered on a next day service.  For European deliveries we send via Parcel Force which is then passed onto a 3rd party courier once it leaves the UK.  Lead times will vary.  If you have a specific date you need your order to arrive please contact us to discuss a more specific delivery time and method.

Deliveries outside the UK

Please note our delivery/shipping charges do not include any import or customs duty that is liable in the receiving Country.  It is the purchasers responsibility to pay any import duties or tariffs imposed by the importing Country.

Delivery Charges

For deliveries outside the UK the pricing in the table below is based on 1x box with a weight of maximum 20kg.  If you order is heavier than 20kg or larger than 1 box you may incur further charges.  We will contact you before we process the order to confirm any additional costs.

Returns Policy

Please note we can only accept returns for plain garments.  Any items that have been decorated cannot be returned.  Items to be returned must be in original packaging and not worn or washed.  Items will only be eligible for a return if they arrive back with us within 28 days of the original delivery date.

Inside the package you must include:

  • the item(s) to be returned
  • a copy of your order highlighting which items are being returned and a brief explanation as to the reason for returning


Once we receive your items we will check they are in new condition and not worn or washed and will process a refund excluding any delivery charges and our restocking fee of 15%.  This is a fee we are charged by our suppliers for sending back unwanted stock.  

For example an item you have purchased costs £20 plus £5 delivery (£25 in total).  Once we receive the items back we will refund £17 (£20 minus 15% restocking fee).


All samples are chargeable and ordered the same way a plain item is ordered on the website.  If you return the item to be decorated and used as part of a larger order we will credit 100% of the garment cost against the order (excluding delivery).  For any samples that are returned and unwanted we will process a credit/refund excluding the restocking fee mentioned above.
