A lightweight jacket is about protection rather than warmth. Packaway waterproofs fold into a pocket or bag, windbreakers keep the chill off at events and on the touchline, and thin softshells look smart enough for front of house.
If your team needs to stay dry in proper rain, check the waterproof rating on each product. For colder months, pair a lightweight shell with a fleece underneath.
Lightweight fabrics can be embroidered or printed. For events and clubs, a printed logo is often a good option.
