How quickly will I hear back?
Within one working day, usually sooner. If something in your request isn’t clear, we’ll give you a quick call rather than guess.
I don't know exact numbers or sizes yet. Is that a problem?
Not at all. Choose “Just a ballpark price” and give us rough numbers. Sizes come later, once you’re happy with the garments and the price.
Do I need my logo ready?
It helps, but it’s not essential. If you have it, upload it with the form. If not, we’ll sort the artwork with you once we know what you need.
How long does an order take?
Usually 7 to 10 days once everything’s approved, and we can fast-track when there’s a deadline. If you’ve got a date in mind, add it to the form and we’ll tell you straight away if it’s tight.
Can I see the garments first?
Yes. We can send samples, or you’re welcome to visit our showroom in Maidenhead.
I've already had a quote from someone else.
Mention it in the notes. Our price promise is that we’ll beat any like-for-like quote.
What about reordering later?
Once you’re set up there’s no minimum on repeat items, so topping up for a new starter is simple.
