A 3 in 1 is a good choice when you want to give staff one jacket rather than two. The outer shell keeps off wind and rain, and the inner layer adds warmth or can be worn on its own indoors. Hi vis 3 in 1s are here too, so check the class on each product if your site has a requirement.

Logos can go on the outer shell, the inner jacket or both. Many teams put the logo on both so it shows whichever layer is worn.
