How ordering works
Simple, and nothing is made until you have seen it.
1 Choose your garments
Shop online, or tell us what your team does and we will recommend the right kit for the job and the budget.
2 Send your logo
Any file is fine to start with. We check it and let you know if anything needs tidying before we stitch or print.
3 Approve your proof
You get a visual showing exactly where your logo goes and how big. Change anything you like before you approve it.
4 Delivered to you
Most orders arrive 7 to 10 working days after approval, checked before they leave us. Need it sooner? Ask about fast track.
Embroidery or printing?
Stitched into the garment, so it looks smart and lasts for years of washing. Best for polo shirts, sweatshirts, fleeces, softshells, jackets and caps.
Sharp, full-colour prints that handle fine detail and big designs. Best for T-shirts, event clothing, back prints and colourful logos.

Branded workwear questions, answered
Is there a minimum order?
No. You can order a single branded garment or kit out a whole team. Bigger orders cost less per item, because our pricing is based on how much you spend.
How long does branded workwear take?
Most orders are with you 7 to 10 working days after you approve your proof. If you need it sooner, ask us about fast track and we will tell you honestly what is possible.
Will I see my logo before you make anything?
Yes. Every order gets a visual proof showing exactly where your logo goes and how big it is. Nothing goes into production until you are happy with it.
Should I choose embroidery or printing?
Embroidery suits polo shirts, sweatshirts, fleeces, jackets and caps: it looks smart and lasts for years. Printing (DTF) suits T-shirts, large designs and logos with lots of colour or fine detail. Tell us what the garments are for and we will recommend the best method.
Can you match what my team already wears?
In most cases, yes. Send us a photo or a sample of your current kit and your logo, and we will find the same or a close match and set up your logo positions so new orders look the same as the old ones.
Can our staff or managers order for themselves?
Yes. For teams that order regularly we can set up a uniform ordering portal with your approved garments and logos, so people can order what they need without chasing anyone.
Do you deliver across the UK?
Yes, we deliver anywhere in the UK, and delivery is free on orders over £150. We can also deliver to more than one site if your team is spread out.
Where are you based?
Our workshop and showroom are at Process House, Smithfield Road, Maidenhead, Berkshire. You are welcome to visit by appointment to see garments and branding samples in person.
