Grosvenor Systems is a software provider, established in 1980, that has helped reshape the property management industry. With a growing team and a strong brand identity, they needed a way to ensure their staff looked professional at all times – without creating extra admin for their HR department.
As Grosvenor Systems expanded, managing staff uniforms manually was becoming more of a burden. They were looking for a straightforward solution that would allow team members to order their own clothing, while still maintaining brand consistency and staying within their annual clothing allowance policy.
The key was to find something that reduced admin, not added to it.
We introduced them to our branded clothing portal, Fully Branded – a bespoke microsite, tailored to Grosvenor Systems’ branding and clothing guidelines.
The portal gave employees direct access to a range of pre-approved garments. Staff could log in, select their items, and place orders independently. Behind the scenes, the system tracked spend and usage, ensuring they stayed within allowance limits while maintaining consistency across all orders.
This approach removed the need for HR to manage stock, chase approvals, or handle one-off orders – saving both time and hassle.
