We were contacted by a Global pharmaceutical company HQ’d in Maidenhead to help organise the launch of a Worldwide project called ‘Edge’ – we had 3 weeks from conception to finalise the logo and produce a range of branded items to be sent to the various Company and Partner offices located across the World.
The idea was to launch the project with a ‘Rock Tour’ theme, so we decided that each member of the Edge Project would receive:
- a branded t-shirt
- a branded tote bag containing:
- a branded water bottle
- a branded jelly bean pouch
- a branded lollipop
- a branded mug
Artwork Ideas
We worked through a couple of different ideas with the main concept of having the ‘tour dates’ as the various sites across the World and a ‘KEEP CALM’ theme.
After the logo and artwork were finalised we then produced a range of visuals of the various items for the project:
Due to the large quantity and volume of items we suggested screen printing for all items including the printed t-shirts, branded water bottles, printed tote bags and mugs. The jelly bean pouches were printed on a label and domed to create a great finish; we even went one step further only including 2 flavours of green jelly beans to tie in with the green branding! The lollipops were also green with a printed label on the packaging.
Once all approved we moved into production:
Once all items were completed we began the task of packing each item into the bags and boxing them up ready to send to 25 different locations Worldwide:
53 Boxes later and we managed to get everything sent out on time! With shipments being dispatched to multiple US addresses, multiple Indian addresses, Australia, Philippines, Italy, Spain, Germany and not forgetting other UK sites, this was most certainly a Global project launch!
We also delivered to their 2 sites in Maidenhead ready for their launch party.
