All uploaded artwork MUST be supplied in vector format along with any pantone references (a range of numbers ending with a C, not a hex code which is a combination of a # then 6 letters/numbers). If you cannot supply artwork in the correct format we can help provide this at additional cost (usually £25+vat). If you do not know your pantone references for the colours in your logo we can assist but at your own risk. If you need help with any of the above please contact us.
An artwork proof will be provided for approval before going to print. This usually takes approx 48 hours after receiving an order and correct artwork information. If there are any issues with your artwork don’t worry we will contact you to discuss before going to print.
