This is the weight most teams wear most often. A light to midweight jacket covers spring and autumn on its own and layers over a fleece or sweatshirt when it gets colder. Softshells are windproof and stretchy, while lightly insulated jackets add a little warmth without bulk.
If staff are out in heavy rain, choose a jacket with a stated waterproof rating rather than just water resistance. The logo usually goes on the left chest, and many styles have a matching ladies fit.
