Why choose it
The 141M is the sleeveless partner to the Russell 140M soft shell jacket. It’s a three-layer soft shell (stretch outer, membrane, micro fleece inside) that’s showerproof, windproof and breathable, so it keeps your core warm without the bulk of sleeves.
A gilet works well for people who are lifting, driving or setting up, because their arms are free. The clean front takes an embroidered logo well, and it looks smart over a polo or shirt for events, reception and sales teams. It has three zip pockets, including one on the chest.
